c. Custom development services that have commenced work

d. Consultation services that have been provided

3. Exceptions for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match its description, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To request a refund under these circumstances:

b. Provide details of the issue and any supporting documentation

c. Allow us 3-5 business days to investigate and respond to your claim

4. Service Cancellation

For ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

5. Custom Development Projects

For custom development projects, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:

a. Before work commences: 100% refund

b. During development phase: Proportional refund based on work completed

c. After project delivery: No refunds unless the product is defective

All cancellation requests for custom projects must be submitted in writing.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

a. Gift cards or store credits

b. Products or services purchased during sale events

c. Products that have been used extensively or modified

d. Services that have been fully rendered
